When you list a company or project on Berentix, we collect the following data:

Company Information

Company name, registration number, country
Business description, documents, and pitch materials
Bank account details for receiving investor funds

Representative Data

Full name, title/position
Passport or ID (for verification)

Signature (for contracts)

System & Legal Data

IP addresses and login records
Communication logs (messages, uploads, contract steps)
KYC/AML verification documents
Contracts between company and investors

2. How We Use This Data

We use your information to:

Verify your company and legal authority to raise funds
List your project on the Berentix platform
Facilitate investor communication and interest collection
Execute contracts between you and verified investors
Provide access to your live project dashboard
Enable legal compliance (AML/KYC, EU investor rules)

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

All company data is stored on secure EU-based servers, protected by:

End-to-end encryption

Strict internal access separation (Back Office vs Legal vs Tech)

4. Who Has Access

Only authorized internal Berentix departments (Compliance, Legal, Admin) have access to your project and representative data
Investor-facing agents do not see your personal or banking details, and they do not contact you directly
All investor flow is filtered through the secure platform

5. Data Retention

Project and company data is retained for 7 years after the fundraising ends, for legal and audit compliance
Banking and contractual data is retained for accounting and transaction records
Upon written request, non-contractual data may be deleted if no active investor contracts exist

6. Your Rights

As a business client, you may:

Access your stored company data
Request correction of outdated or inaccurate information
Request deletion of unused files (subject to legal retention)
Withdraw consent for promotional use of your brand
